Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kipli! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates

We aim to deliver your items as swiftly as possible. Our current estimated delivery window is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kipli is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Kipli is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kipli is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
